1.0We never got our room key after paying no one was there when we came to ck in to get it . We even stopped by the morning of the 27 and made arrangements when the person on duty told us everything is good to go when returning to ck in kater that night boose was on the property to help us or answer the phone , they just took our money and we didn't even get to a room to stay had to drive 3 hours home with . Will never use them again
Wasn't awful, but could have been better.

− The carpet was discolored in front of the fridge. Possibly mildew. The fridge did not cool. The couch had mildew looking discoloration on the side. The curtains had visible dust and cobwebs.
No peace at this place
1.0Nothing they charged me more money than the past two Saturdays I stayed there my room was dirty and I didn't even get a king size bed I got two doubles and then they double billed me
− The room still had a mop and broom in it it did not have any washcloths did not have any toilet paper did not have any shampoo or soap the floor was dirty it was terrible

2.0I arrived to the hotel extremely late around 4:30 -5am on July 16th and the room was uninhabitable....the sheets were dirty and had blood stains on them....I have videos to prove this...when asked for corrections by the staff I was told that I would have to pay for the additional bedding to change out the stained material...when I requested a refund the night auditor stated he could not provide a refund...so I was forced to sleep in my car since surrounding hotels were fully booked...as a Wyndham Resorts Timeshare Owner, I felt completely unappreciated by a company I've invested well over 50k into...never booking here again and informing all who will listen in regards to my experience as a first time guest of the City of Panama....FYI I worked in the hospitality industry on Bourbon st, so I am well aware of the unwritten rule....the customer is always right and I should always make necessary accommodations to ensure the pstron returns and continues to invest in the business... I had just had chemotherapy on July 15th and my doctor reiterated that I needed to be careful being in unclean spaces.
Terrible
2.0The room was absolutely disgusting with what looked like blood stains on floor ,curtains, even pillows. When we went to ask for a room change we couldn’t get a different one and the worker was very rude. Also found a dead roach in the bathtub. Do Not Recommend!!!
