Best Place to Stay for Downtown Entertainiment (i.e. Concerts & Games)
10.0I stayed at the Grand Bohemian Charlotte for the Chris Brown and Usher concert at Bank of America Stadium, and it was the perfect choice! The hotel is beautiful, with a unique, luxurious atmosphere and stylish décor throughout. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. A special thank you to Austin Copeland from Valet Services, you went above and beyond for us during our stay. One of the best parts was the location—it was convenient to Bank of America Stadium, making it easy to get to and from the concerts while also being close to great restaurants and other attractions. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose the Grand Bohemian again the next time I'm in Charlotte for a concert or weekend getaway. Highly recommend!

10.0The Valet guys are some of the hardest workers you will see. They put effort into everything they do and are very kind. It was 6 people working their rear’s off so that people can get in and get out. The atmosphere was extremely comfortable. They kept the rooms clean. And while the location of this hotel can become hectic (as it is in the middle of Charlotte) it is well worth it. The amenities are expensive but still enjoyable. The noise level is perfect, we heard nothing in the hotel during our stay except the sound of the city. All in all, extremely pleasant experience and I hope we can come back. P.S. If you have cash please tip the valet guys.
