4.0Check in was great! The room was a suite so it was large. Bathroom needs to be gutted and redone. We were scared to use the shower. It was mildewed and dirty. Air handler the first night was super loud. Second night was better. Window not functioning properly. We will choose another hotel next time.

2.0Pool indoors good No towel service or room cleanup staff defensive said management won't change leftover from covid. Wasn't told at checkin. Very aggressive when asked about. Hotel and parking lot need attention. I've stayed there many times over the years, never again.
