− Je m'attendais à un hôtel charmant, et je me suis retrouvé dans un hôtel vieillissant, accueillant des groupes, personnel peu aimable, peu serviable, mauvaise isolation phonique des chambres... bref, même pour une nuit je n'y retournerai pas !
Tout est bien sauf les matelas
7.0Belle grande chambre avec 3 fenêtres donnant sur la mer. Bon petit déjeuner. Stationnement gratuit et facile dans la rue. Possibilité de diner dans l'hôtel.
− Les matelas étaient inconfortables, avec des bosses. C'est inconcevable pour un hôtel de ce prix.
Gateway to Skye
9.0Beautiful location on the waterfront with some lovely walks and a spectacular sunset across the sound. The restaurant, although large enough to accommodate coach loads, provided excellent quality meals. The venison and black pudding was delicious and the buffet breakfast plentiful and varied. Parking was also easy and close to our rooms.

− Totale mancanza di empatia alla reception...qualche sorriso in più non guasterebbe, mentre il personale della sala da pranzo si è rivelato più disponibile. Come già evidenziato anche da altri ospiti alla colazione non presenti dolci, brioches, marmellate ect..solo salato...
