Room was good for the price just wish it was cleaner.

− The master shower had not been cleaned. Not only did it not drain but it still had hair in the drain. So who knows what else hadn’t been cleaned. The outside pool was closed without anyone letting us know. They got rid of the free ice. When I called the front desk about the shower they stated they couldn’t have maintenance come because they were dealing with the elevator. This particular elevator has not worked many times we’ve been there. Felt very pushed off and not very hospitable. Rooms need upgrades especially the bathrooms.

− Both pools were closed and room was in serious need of remodeling.
A good value with a lot of amenities.
8.0Great price. The shower in the main bedroom was absolutely divine. The beds were very comfortable and so were the living room furnishings. A good supply of cookware and simple cleaning supplies were available as well. We liked the giant checkers setup, basketball hoop and ping pong table a lot. The bonfire in the “garden” was a cool touch.
− The check in process included a portion to get parking tags. That seems fine at first, but the persona giving the parking tags was also encouraging guests to attend a 90 minute presentation about the property and explained that, if you chose to attend, you’d get some rewards including a free stay and a $150 Amazon gift card. They claimed you didn’t have to buy anything but the polite pushiness gave me the impression it was a timeshare presentation. It just felt strange and shady. Other than that, my only real gripe is that on the floor we stayed, the elevators were connected by one button but were slightly offset so that you either had to go up some stairs or loop back around to a ramp to get from one to the other. It made it very challenging to go up and down with a stroller.

− Everything , wasn’t what the pictures online showed, no pool outside was closed. Elevator was down.
We were not happy with our stay.

− We were not informed about the pool and hot tub being closed. The second bathroom smelled like mold.
