10.0Wow! An incredible hotel. I was given a free upgrade with a balcony and a view of the Matterhorn. The room was amazing. Plenty of space and excellent decor. Breakfast had a good selection. Staff were friendly, My room was decorated for my birthday. Spa area, again Wow! This hotel has to be one of the top hotels Ive stayed in.

10.0Our stay at Alpen resort was magical. Could be that Switzerland is magical but this resort was wonderful. We should have planned more nights here. Views are incredible and the ease of getting to r restaurants or anywhere in Zermatt was easy. We had 5 people traveling and the room with the loft was perfect. We used the spa and the pool area and it was also beautiful. The room was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We did the 6.5 mile 5 lakes hike, definitely recommend, and came back to relax in the pool and hot tub. We will definitely be back. 💕
