Relaxing stay
10.0The staff was fantastic. They were friendly and helpful at all times of the day and night. The only issue I had was cleanliness of the bathroom. There was hair in the tub as well as some dirty footprints. The indoor/outdoor pool was very enjoyable with plenty of seating in the pool area. The ping pong table was a nice bonus. We enjoyed breakfast both days with a very good selection of hot and cold food. Beds were comfortable. The pullout bed in our room was not usable since the mattress was ripped completely down the side and all the stuffing was gone, leaving only springs. The building is showing its age but the staff certainly cares about providing quality service. I would stay here again.

Comfortable place to stay
10.0Merced at the desk is super courteous and polite. Having staff that genuinely cares if you have a good stay or not is priceless. Rooms are clean, never had a hassle. Always a great iron when I'm working in the area.
