10.0We went on a spa package with afternoon tea. The hotel looked really nice and clean, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the day. We had a massage that was lovely, both me and my husband had a fantastic back and shoulders massage would definitely recommend. When we went through for afternoon tea we were met by Laura who was funny, polite and friendly. Laura asked which table we would prefer then when seated laughed and joked with us wich we found to be brilliant, Thank Laura 😊. We had previously met the chef at reception earlier in the day. Chef Claire remembered us and brought out our tea, Claire is extremely friendly and very funny but also makes lovely tasty food. Thank you Claire 😊, both Laura and Claire definitely made our day. The whole vist to sketchley grange was definitely a day to remember and we will be back. Thank you to all staff that made our wedding anniversary a great day x

10.0Lovely spa break, facilities brilliant, food excellent, staff very friendly especially Amy and Danny in the dining room and Mia on reception. Will definitely stay again.

− Was not a nice welcome when you have driven late night arrival into a hotel to be greeted with not much customer service MIA was lovely she turned that around for me that evening Room was ok Very thin walls could hear everything Bedroom was not in an immaculate state for the price we paid. The small tissue box in bathroom had one tissue in it not even a full box 🤧 🙃 Shower isn't that powerful If you dont close the bathroom door every night u can hear a very annoying sound The staff in the breakfast area were all lovely Joshua was absolutely amazing he sassed customer service that day for me. Working in a in airline where customer service is high standards always he nailed it. He was super approachable friendly and I left with a smile which is great compared to my check-in experience. Spa was ok Cold water in pool Steam room was lovely
