Paid $500 for a room, it was terrible
2.0Shower over ran the entire floor with water onto carpet and in hallway because drain was plugged,I had to mop up the water for a half hour and wife couldn't use it. Hot tub jets didn't work. Fireplace didn't work
− The fact that its so hard to get a refund or a comped nights stay again

The sleep was comfortable, but the pool needed cleaning and outside deck had leaves ,very messy
