We had a lovely family experience in a lovely location with very friendly staff.
10.0It was very good. It was in beautiful grounds in a good location.
− Can’t think of anything

9.0The reception staff were exceptionally helpful to our needs at check-in, going above and beyond. Lovely period buildings sympathetically repurposed into the hotel.
− There was nothing that we didn't like

10.0Great hotel. The building has some history so quirky and interesting. The bedroom was great. We had an exec twin. Beds were very comfortable and room spacious. The staff could not do enough and were super friendly. The evening menu was a great choice with the food of an excellent standard and cooked to order. It has a lovely small garden seating area which was quiet after 9pm.so no disturbance as we had a room.above it. The back of the building has a beautiful view and has access to a lovely walk along the river.and also a short walk to the Ironbridge. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Can't recommend enough. Plenty of parking.
− Nothing really.
Good hotel for a one night stop. Relaxing
