− pas de personnel dans la journée et le soir pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain et peu dans la chambre personne au bar en fin de journée et le midi dommage car l établissement a du potentiel on ne sent pas d implication de la direction le personnel fait ce qu ' il peut

− Het was er erg koud. Het ontbijt was aan de povere kant maar "ok".
