For the price it was fair but no bedside lights

3.0− Staff entered the room when I was asleep in the morning. I had arranged a late check out, which that day staff didn’t receive. Phone calls to ask me to leave and then 2 more staff members entered the room. This was at 11am. I asked for 12pm checkout. Heating didn’t work, room was freezing and no extra blankets. Blinds didn’t shut fully and could easily see in and out whilst in bed

− No one came to explain why the fire alarm went off , when somebody should have given the ok to return to our rooms . Especially at 10.30 pm
