− Lack of maintenance - hair dryer partly detached from wall, on wall soap etc dispensers too brittle to work

− False advertising. The room we had looked nothing like what was advertised. It was so dated, so dusty. The bathroom was so dated and the bed was very uncomfortable and sunk in the middle.
