8.0The property was in a brilliant location, you could not fault the location at all. Situated a VERY short walk to the Spanish steps, 10 minutes to the pantheon it really was fabulous. It was very secure with numerous codes for doors for the property which was nice as with it not being a ‘hotel’ with no one on a desk 24/7 it was lovely to know it was all safe and secure. The room itself was perfect for what we needed. Clean and spacious and great working aircon! There was a mini fridge with water and shampoo & shower gels if needed. The bed was very comfortable. Overall a great stay and I would definitely return on my next visit.
− The shower wasn’t as powerful as I’d have hoped but overall did the job. We could hear every movement from the room next door which at times we would wake thinking someone was in our room, i think thats when the ear pods came in handy!

− Purtroppo la camera e mal tenuta, si percepiva uno stato di abbandono. Lampadine mancanti o bruciate, impianto aria condizionata molto rumoroso, mobili rovinati, testata del letto molto sporca, moquette molto sporca, sanitari e doccia con molto calcare e senza tappi di scarico, frigorifero sporco... L'assistenza presente via whatsApp e che ha cercato di risolvere, ma le problematiche sono molte e si sono sommate nel tempo, forse mai segnalate dai precedenti utenti e passate inosservate a chi cura quotidianamente la stanza, peccato perchè la posizione è comoda. La prossima volta cercheremo altro.
