− As a wheelchair user it’s difficult to open doors, I know it’s an added expense but a push button to open the door would be helpful, this is in context of general access to and around the venue, doors into the building, corridors doors etc, it’s a real struggle to be holding a bags and drive an electric wheelchair

− Freshly cooked eggs - took ages to arrive and then were so hard (poached eggs) that I didn’t even attempt to eat them.
