3.0Location was okay. Close to Via Nazionale.
− I didn't like that when my train got in late and no one was around to assist me with my bags. I read that this hotel had an elevator. It did not! It was around midnight when I arrived. Taxi dropped me off in the dark alley way where the hotel is located. I was able to use the codes provided to get in, but I had to lug both of my bags up a flight of stairs without help or assistance of any kind. I did not even see any hotel staff at all, Just totally disappointed in the whole experience.

− Sin ascensor. La ducha con una mampara, sin puerta, al lado de la cama, con riesgo de mojar la cama, sino tenías cuidado. Toda la conversación que mantuvimos fué por chat. Tuvimos un percance, había un teléfono operativo 24 h. Y no contestó nadie. Al día siguiente, era el último día, y apareció una persona para cobrar el impuesto municipal. Nos pidió disculpas y que se lo pasaría al gerente. No hubo ningún mensaje, ni explicaron porqué no contestaron al teléfono.

5.0The room was comfortable although the shower was next to the bed, no privacy.
− It wasn’t a hotel, they were apartments. Nobody contacted us, so we thought we were in the wrong place. It was just a hall, no signs at all. We didn’t know what to do, so I called them. She gave us instructions and said her colleague wasn’t there, we did access the room. He came later, we waited for him. It was terrible, also because it was in a small alley and I didn’t feel safe.

− Shower head needs de-scaling - this is a broad issue noticed across a number of hotels in Rome.
