The property was amazing! Incredible room design, technology and insane bathroom. Very nice bathtub and shower, heated toilet seat and great bathrobes. The gym is absolutely great. Is better equipped than most of the commercial gyms in the city. The pool is also great! You have both shade and sun during the day. And the staff were really nice to offer us a complimentary cake when they heard we are celebrating our engagement. Amazing hotel, and stay! Would DEFF recommend

− The staff could inform you more about the rules. Where to pick-up food delivery, where you order the cabs etc. But its fine either way - if you ask them they are very polite

The best thing about my stay was the employee Ranga, whom I absolutely, absolutely, absolutely love!!! King of the world!!! He took care of us, kept coming to ask if everything was okay, and made sure we had everything we needed in our room!!! He is the best employee in this hotel, it’s Ranga. After that, our lovely housekeeping staff member Sushmita was amazing. She was wonderful, our room was always clean and tidy. Well done to her—she is an excellent, kind, and friendly employee. Other than that, the hotel is good, looks nice, is clean and well organized, the rooms are large, and the shower is luxurious.

− I really didn’t like the terrible service from the pool staff. It was simply awful. I stayed at the hotel for three full weeks. During my entire stay, the pool staff were stingy with ice whenever we asked for it at the pool. They were not friendly and even argued with me over the ice I requested, as if I hadn’t already paid a lot of money for the hotel and wasn’t a guest staying there for a long time. In my opinion, this is very poor service, especially for guests who stay at the hotel for almost an entire month. Why don’t I deserve to receive ice at the pool? Why do I have to buy something from the pool bar just to get ice? Nowhere I’ve ever been has anyone made such a big deal about giving me ice. To me, this is poor service. Also, the employee at the pool who always wears a light blue shirt (I believe he is the pool supervisor) and has silver hair was always grumpy and unfriendly. He kept making faces and simply wasn’t nice. You should also be careful during Happy Hour at the pool. One of the employees tried to overcharge us by charging the full price for the alcohol because he probably thought we didn’t know better. He then told us that he had “forgotten” the time. What he didn’t know was that we had been staying at the hotel for an entire month, so we knew exactly how much everything cost and at what time Happy Hour started. Saying, “I forgot” isn’t acceptable. If I hadn’t been a customer who knew I was supposed to pay less, I would have ended up paying double the price. It’s simply outrageous. Also, at the hotel’s restaurant on the M floor, when we paid in cash, the employee gave me 15 dirhams less in change and said, “Oh, I didn’t notice.” The exact same thing happened at the supermarket downstairs in the hotel. That was the most disappointing part of the stay.
