9.0The staff were friendly, courteous, and always helpful. The ambience was apart from the odd aircraft very pleasant and relaxing. The food, portion size presentation and flavour just right. An excellent bar menu after the restaurant closed. Had a really pleasant stay and will be staying again.

− Sofa bed was the worst thing I’ve slept on. Avoid at all costs.

6.0Close to Kegworth village where I needed to be
− Very small room, could hear every word my neighbours said, very loud staff door next to it that got used between 1am and 6am. Not good value for money for the low quality
