10.0We loved this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, The suite room was great. They provided a card which gave free access to the trolly's into old town Innsbruck. The breakfast was great. The room was cleaned each day with fresh linens which is a luxury these days. It was an incredbile location for visiting parts of Austria and Italy. I wish we had stayed here for our Bavaria sightseeing as well.

8.0STAFF WERE KNOWLEDGABLE AND VERY HELPFUL, BREAKFASTS WERE EXCELLENT, BEAUTIFUL DINING ROOM, THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE, LOCATION WAS VERY GOOD AS CLOSE TO MAIN TRAIN STATION, STREETCARS, RESTAURANTS, TOURIST ATTRACTIONS ETC. YES, I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

10.0Excellent hotel! Very clean and comfortable, staff are very helpful and nice. Breakfast is great. The location is good too, just take15 mins walking distance to the old town.
