− I got charged twice before checking in and couldn't get a refund

9.0Location was great, room was clean, bed was comfortable.
− Internet was spotty.
Was always a BW fan but now……

− Pool was discolored so we didn’t get in ( only reason we booked here was to swim). Staff went in room when do not disturb sign was on the outside and put it back on the inside. We put it on for a reason when all our belongings/food is in our room we do not want anyone in our room. Small black bugs in bathroom and in sink
I liked how I was treated, and the room was comfortable. The room was a little dated but that is ok

9.0Staff was great. Actually, one of them found a case I had left out where I unloaded, with important papers and a computer. He brought it in and set it behind the counter. When I asked if someone had found it, he brought it out, showed it to me, and asked me for ID when I claimed it. I was very grateful..
− High traffic area. The motel was a little older, but is well kept.
