− Staff I had called twice and emailed saying we would be very late . On the day i also called and said we wouldnt reach the hotel until 1:30 am as we were stuck in tour france traffic . I was told no worries desk is open 24 hrs. The reality is very different. The doors locked and bolted. Had ring bell staff member very rude saying your very late. Clearly woken up. Shower is hand shower .
