− Dianna, the desk clerk. Absolutely rude, her attitude left much to be desired. There was no TV, the pool wasn’t open and there was also no breakfast, all of which were advertised. Despite all of that we would have stayed had Dianna not had the attitude. She should not be working a front desk position.
I know these were temporary problems but I still paid full price.

I will not stay her again.
3.0The location was very convenient and the staff were incredibly friendly.
− The room was dirty. I don’t think the carpet had been vacuumed in weeks, as there was fur, toe nail clippings, and a mystery green substance on the carpet. The beds were clean but the bathroom was questionable. The “continental breakfast” was non existent.

− TVs not working anywhere in the facility,mold on shower panels, water temperature handles backwards so hot was where cold usually would be, very limited breakfast, coffee, apple juice, milk, instant oatmeal, 2 kids cereals, period.
