Clean Hotel, nice rooms, good location, friendly staff, A/C needs updating.
8.0Facilities were nice, room was clean, quality of materials was medium to high. Room was very large, the amenities and extra community options were cool (did not get to try them out). Staff was nice.
− A/C unit ran at odd intervals and it was not the right size for the room. My family and I got too hot in the middle of the night, even with me setting the unit to its coldest setting and on its highest fan setting. Having an available ice maker on every floor would have been nice. But had to go up a floor to get ice.

− The bathroom really needed an update. It looks like they tried to update the room and bathroom but used very shoddy workmanship. Terrible paint job in the bathroom. I expected better quality for the price we paid for the room.
We will never stay at this Best Western Plus again! Run down and most things Out of Order!
1.0The location was good.
− This was the worst stay we’ve had anywhere. MANY things were broken or out of order—including the in-room fridge, the ice machine on our floor, the jacuzzi, and the laundry area. The breakfast was not good either. The place felt neglected, the sheets were old with stains on the floor, and it was honestly horrible. Nothing was seeming to be fixed or worked on. It says this hotel is 2 1/2 stars. It was more like a 1 star at best.
