10.0We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. As a member, we were able to take advantage of a later checkout, which made our departure much more relaxed and stress-free. The complimentary breakfast was very good, with plenty of options for everyone in the family. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The best part, though, was the outstanding customer service. Every staff member we interacted with went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a wonderful experience. We would absolutely stay here again!

2.0Awful! Air conditioner rumble all night! Something (spider?) bit my husband in the night & he got hives! The whole night was disturbed by traffic & people loud in the hall. I got 3 1/2 hours sleep according to my Apple Watch. There was a “jumpy spider thing” in the bathroom in the night when I got up for the bathroom. Breakfast was minimal with terrible coffee. I mentioned it all to the guy as I was checking out & he gave me $25 off. Whopee! Don’t stay in 114!

Wonderful short stay
10.0I really like the room cleanliness and staff politeness all throughout the visit. Shoutout to Jennifer for the amazing breakfast. Specially the thought of making two types of Omelettes (Cheese and Veggue) instead of scrambled Eggs. On a 6 day trip you get tired of seeming scrambled eggs all mornings. 😂🤣😂
