8.0I won't lie - I've never stayed in a motel before, and I have heard horror stories. So safe to say I was nervous, but I was willing, based on reviews, to give this place a shot + who doesn't love beach access?? Anyway, I loved our room. It was simple, and even though it didn't have a balcony, I really enjoyed being able to see the beach area from the kitchen! Free breakfast is always a win and the staff overall was VERY nice and I was very thankful for all that they did throughout our stay.
− I think that everything was pretty fine. The grounds were well kept, and of course you have the occasional noise outside of your room because... well, it's a motel. A lot of families had children who would be running around the floor, so if families aren't your cup of tea while you're traveling, then maybe this place isn't for you.

− Pool chemicals were out of balance so pool was not working. There was a slight smell outside on the balcony.
