10.0The location was superb. Breakfast was excellent but lacked varieties of fruits an meals. Eg boiled egg, assorted fruits and yogurts. The room setting was awesome.
− The room was superb but too hot as there was no aircondition. Though extra fan was provided but did not meet my expectation of a comfortable room as we virtually have to sleep almost naked because the heat was intense and the fan could not really suffice. THERE IS ONLY TWO SOCKETS IN ROOM WHICH WAS USED FOR THE TWO SMALL FANS, THUS THERE WAS NO SOCKET POINTS TO CHARGE OUR PHONES. THIS WAS WAS POOR AS THE HOTEL COULD NOT PROVIDE AN EXTENSION WHEN REQUESTED

Car parking is available within the Leisure Exchange car park. Hotel residents should park on level 4 for easy access to the hotel, charges of GBP 4.00 per 24 hours will apply. These charges can be charged to guest bills if required.
