9.0I went to Symphony Hall for a concert. The location of the hotel was the best
− I think it was a comfortable stay. However, I hardly remember the room while I can remember other places I stayed in Birmingham. Lack of character.

10.0Reviews)"Highly recommend this hotel! My name is Mohit Kumar (Room 427), and we stayed here on July 23–24. The night staff is absolutely amazing. A very kind lady on the night shift helped us both nights by warming up milk for my daughter at midnight. She was incredibly sweet and helpful. Outstanding customer service from the night team!"
