− Why do the beds have to be so high? What's the point. I used the desk chair for a step stool. The pool was also closed.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
2.0Absolute nightmare! Booked hotel room along with 5 other families for a softball tournament. Specifically booked for the indoor pool and BF. Upon check in, I asked what was going on with pool because it looked dark and there were bikes stored in there, the answer was oh sorry it closed and we need the Health Dept. to give us all clear. When I reminded the agent that the pool was an amenity listed and that something sort of compensation needed to be arranged for all 6 rooms. We were unable to cancel the rooms and now have to spend $$$ for all of our children to be occupied Saturday after our tournament. Agent promised GM would call, no call. Agent then said GM would email, no email. Agent said that GM was thinking about what to do and I was not able to speak to him, how convenient. Ignoring your customers because your lack of concern for guest satisfaction is definitely not a priority one bit. Have I mentioned the bug I found on bed, that was going to be addressed as well. Checking out without losing money was not an option I was told. Beyond disappointing beyond disgusting beyond embarrassing for this owner.
Would definitely stay again if I am in the area
