10.0La stanza era molto comoda ,pulita , accogliente e molto curata nei minimi dettagli che la rendevano ancor piu confortevole...con un frigorifero pieno di bibite yogurt e succhi buonissimi..la colazione eccezionale e molto varia .La cosa che ci ha stupito di più sono state le pantofole e spazzolini monouso piccoli dettagli che hanno reso più unica la nostra esperienza...

Schone accomodatie, maar niet het juiste voor ons 🤷🏻♀️.
7.0Het was er allemaal superschoon.
− Dat de dame geen woord Engels spreekt. Dat is voor ons not-done, en het ontbijt dat al op je kamer staat en dat je daar de andere ochtend dus ook moet nuttigen. Volgens mij heb ik dat nergens gelezen! En….dat er maar 1 persoon kan douchen, want dan is het warme water op.
Een mooi verblijf met een fijne spa.
8.0Dat er een fijne spa aanwezig was. dit was de reden dat wij hier geboekt hebben. De massage is een aanrader.
− De keuze in de kamers was niet mogelijk in het begin terwijl er 4 kamers vrij waren. wij kregen een kamer toegewezen die op een bouwlocatie uitkeek en er werd ons verteld dat alle kamers op de eerste verdieping het zelfde waren. Toen wij ons beklag over de kamer maakten werd er verteld dat wij de kamer al geaccepteerd en gebruikt hadden en dat ruilen niet mogelijk was. toen wij hier een tweede keer op terug kwamen werd ons opeens wel de mogelijkheid van een andere kamer geboden en deze was wel naar onze tevredenheid. achteraf hebben ze het goed opgelost, maar gelijk in het begin een beetje meer flexibiliteit was voor iedereen prettiger geweest.
