Overall great value for the stay. It's one of the least expensive resorts in Dominican Republic!
9.0I like the ability to have a meal whenever you wanted; although the restaurants had set times, they had a snack bar that filled the gaps between breakfast and lunch, and between lunch and dinner. Also, the bars served drinks all day. Another thing to note: my cleaning lady was especially attentive. We had the same lady for the week, and she did a great job to make sure we had what we needed to be comfortable in our room.
− Some days, the food options were not fully available in the à la carte restaurants, particularly Mylos Mediterranean; almost half the menu was unavailable, and we were among the first families to show up at their opening. Also, if you are not there at 7 PM with your entire group, they will not sit you, and if you're there by 8 PM, they usually cut off the number of people that can be seated and served. It felt like they had a quota of plates that could be served and would cut off seating people once they've met it. I had been turned away from the Mexican restaurant at 8:15 PM when I arrived with my 3 daughters.
