8.0L’emplacement est excellent, tout se fait facilement à pied. La chambre et la salle de bain sont grandes, propres et au goût du jour . Le personnel est gentil.
− L’accès est difficile avec des valises, l’ascenseur n’est pas au rez de chaussée. Il faut monter/descendre une dizaine de marches. L’heure d’enregistrement est prévue pour 9hres, mais la réceptionniste n’est pas là avant 9h15, 9h20. Arrivez plus tard si vous ne voulez pas attendre dans la rue. Prévoyez avoir l’application whatsApp.

− The bed whilst spacious, mattress was a bit hard and the pillows were not great at all.

10.0Communication very good from start to finish. Initially we were advised of a fault with the air conditioning in our room. We were provided an upgraded room at no cost to us and Giubbonari Suites even waived the City Tax. It was in a great location, central to all the major sites. Within either walking or short cab ride to great restaurants Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Pantheon and more.

8.0Amazing location. The room was very spacious and clean.
− We had a big issue with the AC. It did not work for more than 20 minutes when we got there. It was incredibly hot in the room. We wrote to the hotel and they offered to send someone to repair it. Unfortunately the repair did not hold up and we had to spend another night without AC during a heatwave. We ultimately got another room which was great. The first receptionist was great and very helpful unfortunately the other lady who we spoke with on WhatsApp was very rude to us. Everything else was great we would stay there again.
