2.0Not a good place to stay..holes in the bedding, and stains on the sheets. Dirty walls, dirty doors. The place needs an upgrade for the price that was paid.

2.0Was here for business and this hotel did not meet expectations for a good stay in Ruston. The room was not the best condition. Burn holes in the blankets and stained pillowcases and sheets. Iron leaked water and ironboard couldn’t even stand. Bathtub was dirty. Sink water only ran warm. Fridge had an old STINK smell so I did not use it. There was no breakfast. One night, three guys were sitting in front of the hotel smoking and the smell filled the parking lot. The day of checkout, the staff called me at 9AM to ask if I was checking out at 11AM?? Then called me at 10:30 to rush me out of the room? At 11AM, two ladies knocked on my door to ask if I’m leaving. I’ve never experienced this at ANY hotel for checkout. When I checked out, I was told I couldn’t get a receipt and the staff (Gia) was very rude and unprofessional. I rate this hotel a 0/5 if I could. Would never recommend this anyone.
