9.0Spacious for families, very well equipped, comfortable and in a great area. Staff was super friendly
− We were on the lower ground floor and had quite some noise from the upstairs apartments - it didn’t bother us that much and the noise was more because the property is not that well insulated.

9.0Great location, walking distance to two tube stations each with good links. We enjoyed access to a full kitchen and clothes washing facilities within the apartment. Housekeeping was also appreciated. Staff were friendly and helpful, allowed us to check in early and leave our bags for a few hours on the day we left as we had a night flight home. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was well equipped. The apartment felt like an upmarket hotel with all the conveniences of a self contained apartment.

9.0The location was great, close to gloucester road and Earl's court underground stations. The area is quiet except there were road works at the time of my stay. They upgrade our booking to two bedrooms apartment so it was kind gesture. The staff were friendly. The kitchen was well equipped. There were fans and portable A/C but i didn't use them.
− Rooms were not sound proof, you can hear the noise of other rooms. Cleaning wasn't perfect but i understand is it a big apartment. Furniture was old.
