10.0The grounds were beautifully landscaped, the pools & view were surrean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We wished we could have stayed longer!

− No restaurant service in evening and hardly any in walking distance made dinner challenging.

− El refrigerador de la habitación muy ruidoso y uno de los baños no funcionaba muy bien.

8.0Las áreas comunes están muy bien cuidadas. El trato del personal es más que increíble, uno se siente como en casa. La atención de todos estuvo perfecta, nos pedían taxi siempre que requeríamos salir a otro lugar. Todos muy serviciales y amigables. La estancia estuvo perfecta, las playas privadas están increíbles, aunque es un poco dificil llegar a una de ellas, pero todo espectacular.
− La habitación que nos dieron no estaba al cien por ciento limpia, y habían insectos así como los que son bed bugs. Podrían mejorar mucho las habitaciones al mantenerlas muy limpias. En la regadera el agua no se iba rápido y como que se acumula la suciedad. Es un hotel que podría mejorar muchisimo y llegar a ser de los mejores en Huatulco.

10.0La atención es excelente, las instalaciones bonitas, limpio, los desayunos ricos...la vista al mar y su playita son únicas! Vale totalmente la pena!!!
