− Where do I begin… I used my GPS to arrive at the destination I booked. I was told my room was actually a few blocks away and they had no staff on the premises. Although I could pay an additional $20 to stay at the address I booked. I paid through booking.com and no refund The flimsy door had no deadbolt. The body wash and shampoo were empty. The room had no hair dryer I have booked with booking.com for several years and never an issue. Please look at my account, never a dispute but this stay was absolutely a scam

2.0− The motel wasn't in the same building where I thought I'd made a reservation, it was a few blocks away sharing a parking lot with a gas station, near the train tracks. Have you ever seen the movie, "My Cousin Vinny?" Two different freight trains woke me up that night at 2 a.m. and 4 a.m.
