Location!

− We were in the Dunes, definitely could use some updating. The elevator needs nasty carpet removed. AC was loud and excessive hot air coming out on balcony so hard to enjoy the view, im sure with some TLC it would ne amazing! Staff was great at check in. We were only there for one night, so didn't enjoy the pools. More family oriented than I prefer for a couple get away.

Stay was great, but they definitely need a better check in system.

Love staying here. It’s so convenient.

− When I checked in at 3:45 the lady said room wasn’t ready. Left only to get a phone call not even 10 mins later that the room was ready and I had to go back for them to activate our bands. I told the man who called that I literally just left…. He hung up in my face.

The location was actually great! Close to many great attractions! NOT THE BOARD WALK THOUGH, SKETCH! Many other places like Myrtle waves and Broadway at the beach, just to name a couple, which were a quick drive away (maybe Uber) nice shopping within walking distance.

− The beds! There are 3 buildings when you get there. Courtyard is in the middle. The building on the left looks as if it's on its last leg... obviously Courtyard looks nice. I can only comment on the rooms regarding the building on the right ( Paradise). The building is decent the rooms "look" modern. But the mattresses are absolutely HORRIBLE! Truthfully, I thought the steel spring mattresses went out YEARS ago.... Nope, still going quite strong and PAINFUL at this place! Parking was .... OK, they had it, so it was a plus! It's just that the parking garage is TIGHT! You could get dizzy driving around the levels. I never parked lower than the 6th level, and it only went to 8, which was an open top. If you have a bigger vehicle, that is where you may feel the most comfortable parking. The pools were FINE. I mean, my boys played in them, but truthfully, the lazy river was cloudy. You couldn't see the bottom. YES, I'm sure it was all the sand the kids track into the water, but nevertheless, it was cloudy. I only got into the pool behind the Courtyard. Which was good a little crowded at times but pleasant otherwise. Oh, the slides were definitely a nice touch! All things considered, I'd say a solid 6! If the mattresses were better, it would have been an 8. We will DEFINITELY return to mytle and even that area of mytle. BUT not back to this place unless it's the Courtyard and even then is questionable! OMG, I almost forgot! The dam leaf blowers in the morning.... EVERY morning, they woke me up! I was on the 16th floor, and they still sounded like they were directly on my balcony! GO electric OR SOMETHING.... Early morning wake-up call is the leaf blowers clearing the sand from the pavers!
