10.0The staff was extremely helpful. The facilities were extremely clean & comfortable. I was here with my wife & teenage daughter & loved everything about our stay.
− The only down side is the proximity to Jackson & Yellowstone. It's roughly 15-30 minutes from Jackson depending on traffic. That said, there is shopping, dining and entertainment in Teton Village so this was no deal breaker though. I'd definitely stay here again.

6.0The hotel is under constructions so we had to use their sister hotel pool and spa which was not heated and spa to small to fit other guests from another hotel. The construction woke us up every morning at 6am The make do reception was the hall way to the lift so there was nothing.
− The noise of being woke up at 6am every morning from the building. The no room service or food in the hotel or any facilities to use in your hotel.
Could be great, but wasn’t.

− Booking did not inform us the whole thing was under renovation. It felt like we were staying at a tiny airBnB that was incredibly overpriced.
