6.0Location was fine. Transportation to airport was great. Breakfast was great kids enjoyed it.
− I didnt like that I was charged twice. When I booked I had no knowledge of a holding fee for reservation. I showed up and was then told that I owe $215 on top of the $215 that they charged me before I arrived. It was an inconvenience for me because i wasnt prepared to spend that large amount of money.I also ask for early check in it was not available. I had to wait 3 and a half hours before my room was available. Im back home for a week now and yet to see my $215 in my account that was hold for reservation.

− Que ya pasaron cuatro días y aún no me hacen el reverso del depósito de mi dinero. Además la TV no tenía you tube para mi hijo y el teléfono estaba dañado. Dedi ir al lobby cuando tenía una necesidad.

− Shuttle to port- was told to be there 1/2 hour early and it left 1 hour later. Very disorganized. People at the desk with me missed theirs, even though they were there because they didn’t take names in anybody who showed up went on it.no free weights and lousy food choices nearby
