10.0Staff are excellent, very observant and responsive. Hotel is modern and beautiful, very clean. Location is good, you are easy walking distance from many things. There are many restaurant options in hotel and neighborhood.

Highly recommend, great value for money
9.0Room was very spacious - a rarity in central Tokyo. I've stayed in smaller hotels and the feeling of needing to squeeze past luggage and shopping bags is really something that I wanted to avoid, especially for a longer stay. The hotel amenities and room were well maintained, we were very impressed. Well-connected to Roppongi Station on the Hibiya Line, no issues getting around at all while still being in a relatively quieter neighbourhood. Above all, service that went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
− Nitpicking at this point, but the nearest combini is about 7-10 mins walk away.
