− They told me they had a hot tub there when I called before I booked the reservation and I get there and there was no hot tub. The shower would not come on in the room so I could not shower before my special event. I went to the front desk. They were rude. They charged me twice for the room and then tried to argue about it and then they called me and said oh sorry we see it was charged twice even though before I left there I showed them it was charged twice.
