3.0Die Lage war gut und ruhig.
− Das Hotel mit den vielen Appartements war eher eine Jugendherberge. Schmuddeliger Teppichboden in allen Fluren und im Zimmer, alte, nicht zu öffnende Fenster, neues Bad, das aber kein Fenster hat, die Lüftung nicht richtig funktioniert und stinkt und die Duschwanne so klein ist, dass man beim Duschen auf dem Abfluss stehen muss, es dadurch nicht abläuft und die Scheibe zu niedrig für große Menschen, dass es darüber hinwegsprüht.

9.0Très bon emplacement, proche stations de métro, supérette et parc Kensington. Nous sommes partis à 4 adultes et 1 enfant, l'appartement était très bien pour nos soirées chill et nuits. Personnel réactif et agréable.
− Le canapé lit n'était pas dans sa meilleure forme, le strict nécessaire niveau vaiselle. Bouilloire non fonctionnelle mais remplacée très rapidement suite à notre demande.

8.0Notre chambre à 4 était calme Avec la kitchenette qui permet de faire à manger le soir et de prendre le petit déjeuner. Le lit principal était super confortable. Seul bémol sur le canapé lit dont un côté est vraiment inconfortable

9.0Clean, comfortable, 5 min from Bayswater metro station, quiet at night, handy kitchenette. I would return.
