7.0The apartment is spacious and clean. It comes with Wi-Fi and a washing machine, which is useful for families to wash clothes.
− It is quite challenging to take the lift, especially during peak periods. It is almost impossible, so we ended up having to take the stairs from level 18 to level 1.
Great Stay Vacation
9.0Flexible and friendly customer service. Location and nearby shopping mall, will lots of food stalls. Great food.

Rooms were great but not the apartment!
5.0The check-in process was a breeze as we were guided step by step. The rooms were very clean. However, pillows can be more firmer as it was soft and lumpy. Long bath was abit flimsy and made a lot of noise when stepping on it. Difficult for the elderly climb in and out for shower. The other shower area had rain bath which was not useful if you don't intend to wash your hair and there were no place to put in your shower gel while showering.
− The lifts!!! It was ridiculous. We had to wait about 45mins just to go down. In such a huge and tall building, only 1 lift was functioning till my son had to climb down 19 floors. This is really unacceptable!

− Too high 38 floor. Queuing for lift esp during busy hours. Kettle not working. Room is noisy
