10.0The ocean was not visible from our room, but the 11th fairway of the Kona Country Club was. We did visit the pool that was by the ocean and it was wonderful! We enjoyed the waves crashing on the rocks and spraying us with ocean spray. Every staff member was friendly, informed and helpful!

10.0Like: Large/spacious condo. good snorkeling bay nearby, 3 pools, ocean view, covered parking. pickle ball. well kept property and grounds. Most stuff was labeled in condo. Cable and internet TV. Gated community for security. Dislike: have to pay extra for A/C, but good window ventilation, so we didn't quite need it in August except one night. Some tricks w/ TV/remotes, TV didn't work in twin bedroom. Pools had concession/drink stands but those weren't open to get a complete resort feel. Vending machine not working at garden pool. Water fountain not working at garden pool. Pickle ball racquets broken/worn out. Takes a while for hot water in master shower.
