− Geen lift om koffers naar boven te brengen waardoor mensen die slecht te been of oud zijn moeite kunnen hebben om hun spullen naar boven te krijgen.

10.0The property was great and our apartment had a lake view. Could not rate the full property as the pool was closed for construction and no other amenities were used. With regards to the apartment it was very clean, well kept and beautifully decorated. All instructions provided were easy to follow and had a pleasant stay. Would highly recommend especially for families.

10.0− Everything was great. The only downside was that the pool was under repair until July 30, and we weren’t informed until the day we arrived.

4.0The check in process (through Mike Z Rentals) is inefficient and inconsistent. We have three units being rented and none of the check-in processes were the same. One of us paid a fair amount extra for early checkin, but didn't get a code for the unit until well after 9 AM as paid for, and that only after a lot of work on our part. Missing fobs from our unit (that are required to get into the pool, fitness center, etc.). Had to go to the checkin desk to get a new set, which was easy enough. While I was there, the front desk person was nice enough to let us know that the pool is closed for the duration of our stay for “renovations”. Hottest time of the year, with no notice or warning that we'd be screwed out of a main selling point of the property. Abysmal. When confronted with what is at least close to fruadulent sales tactics, we were told there's a nearby public pool we could DRIVE TO and PAY for. Just amazing. Buyer beware.
