7.0− Der Swimmingpool war während unseres 4-tägigen Aufenthaltes an 3 Tagen geschlossen wegen eines angeblichen technischen Problems nach einem großen Event. Am letzten Tag bekamen wir dann am Nachmittag während einer Wanderung einen Anruf von der Rezeption, dass der Pool jetzt endlich wieder benutzbar ist. Als wir dann um 18:00 zum Pool kamen wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass unser 14 jähriger Sohn nicht hinein darf, da der Pool für Kinder nur bis 18:00 geöffnet ist … 😡😡 Wir bekamen zwar vom Hotel einen Nachlass auf den Zimmerpreis, insgesamt war es aber doch sehr enttäuschend.
