Great location, pool and staff and close to everything
8.0Breakfast is good. Omelet bar and fruit/yogurt. Pool and staff are really great. Beds are comfy and the bathroom is nice and large. The complementary car service is great. They took us to Chandon and picked us up after our tasting.
− Gounds not kept up like they should. Someone spilled a coffee all the way down the walk way the first day we were there and it was an eyesore. No one cleaned it up. The rooms are dark and the patio is blocked off with huge bushes. Not inviting. Communication is a little off on when things start and and end on what days like the music and the breakfast and the car service.

9.0Very good location and luxurious
Beautiful property, but inconsistent room experience
6.0Stayed at Hotel Villaggio at Estate Yountville to celebrate a 40th birthday and our first trip as a family of three with our one month old. The property itself is beautiful. Our crib was set up before arrival, and we appreciated a welcome amenity that included a half bottle of sparkling wine from Chandon and a slice of double chocolate cake. That said, the stay felt a bit inconsistent for a luxury hotel at this level. In our room, none of the bedside reading lights worked, there were minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom when we arrived (a couple of long hairs), and the toilet would occasionally try to keep refilling (stuck toilet handle) unless adjusted. We also noticed fairly constant thumping noises from the room above us during our stay. Overall, while the property has a lot going for it, our experience didn’t fully match what we were expecting for a special occasion stay.
