Taking deep breaths helped ward off tempers flying at staff who really tried, but had no real control over the problems.
3.0The staff tried to helpful. The location was good. Breakfast was good.
− We had 2 rooms. It took us 4 tries to find one room with a working phone and a working TV. The Rooms and halls smelled heavily of cigarette smoke with a tinge of weed.

8/10 experience. Great staff, clean rooms, and good location for almost anything around Cartersville.
8.0Breakfast area was very clean and good for what it was. Lobby and room were clean.
− Homeless people hanging out very close to the hotel. A little pricey for a basic hotel.
