10.0Really beautiful place. You feel like you descended in a different world, in the middle of the forest ( Yucatán moist forest). It is more beautiful than I imagined when I booked it. The staff in the reception and restaurant, absolutely sweet.

10.0The hotel and restaurant service was great and we loved the view of the Caracol. Juan, William and other staff were superb as were the rest of staff. Enjoyed the fact that Pavarotti and other Celebrities like J-Lo stayed at this hotel. Some upgrades to shower, hot water, would be nice.
