− O quarto que fiquei antigo precisando de uma reforma , apesar de ser confortável a tv não estava funcionando o secador de cabelo fraco extremamente retrô e banheiro precisando de manutenção.

− 1- O hotel antes tinha um menu de travesseiros, não mais Solicitei mais 2 unidades, mais leves, informaram não havia mais travesseiros, insisti e trouxeram novos travesseiros, mas muito pesados; 2- Antes tinha 1 garrafa de agua mineral de cortesia, não mais. No frigo-bar tinha água mineral em lata, mas cara e de qualidade .... , ao invés de garrafas plásticas como Mineral Prata; 3- As toalhas ficaram incompatíveis com a qualidade/preço do hotel(arranham); 4- O papel higiênico, tb, deixa a desejar
