1.0− L hotel è in ristrutturazione da Maggio peccato che ancora sul sito di Booking lo faccia prenotare. Siamo arrivati alle18 ed una signora,che lavorava lì, ci ha informato che l hotel era chiuso e che la nostra prenotazione era stata deviata ad un altro hotel nelle vicinanze (12 min in auto) peccato però che noi avevamo scelto l hotel per la posizione strategica per l’appuntamento che avevamo alle 21 così da lasciare la macchina in hotel e dirigerci a piedi all evento e peccato soprattutto che ancora dall app dava “prenotazione confermata “ e non c era nessuna mail per il cambio. Abbiamo contattato Booking che dopo ben 20 minuti di telefonata con operatore estero non ha risolto L incovegnente e/o capito il disagio, anzi la colpa era la nostra che non avevamo contattato direttamente Booking ma avevamo accettato il cambio hotel. A tutto questo dobbiamo aggiungere i 40€di taxi che abbiamo dovuto sborsare di tasca nostra per andare all evento. Quindi che dire!? L hotel non l abbiamo visto, non ci abbiamo soggiornato quindi i servizi non possiamo valutarli ma sicuramente ci basta questo per non tornare. Ah non so se sono stata chiara “Io ospite dovevo aggiornare Booking del accaduto ma ne L hotel e ne Booking hanno aggiornato me per la chiusura del hotel e per il cambio “

Horrible. I was moowed to another terrible hotel, without my agreement.

− After order vis booking I was moved to another hotel of this net. Without my agreement. Anoter hotel was far away from Milano center, no meto station near, old and not renowated. It not worth to have declarated 4 stars. In this hotel even no restaurane to eat at the evening. Terrible everything. Do not order there if you don' lile to have catostrophic stay. No support from bokking too. I am thinking to stop working with booking too.
